Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Processing & Handling Fee
For all approved returns that are not due to a defect or error, a non-refundable 10% processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Eligible cases will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for a return.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
Approved refunds may be subject to the 10% processing and handling fee, unless the return is due to a defect, error, or non-delivery.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
